Basketball News
Our fourth grade boys won the Knights of Columbus tournament with a win over St. Paul of the Cross on Sunday. They were 3-0 in the tournament!

The fourth and sixth grade girls showed a lot of improvement throughout the season and we look forward to seeing them play next year.

Both fifth grade boys teams played very well all season.

Our sixth grade boys lost to Mary Seat of Wisdom in the City Suburban Catholic Conference finals. They were second overall in the conference with a 12-4 record and were City Division Champions going a perfect 8-0 in the division.

Our seventh and eighth grade teams both lost in the first round of the playoffs, but two of our eighth graders played in the All-Star game at Loyola Academy.

Congratulations to all on a great season! SRBSA would like to thank all of the coaches and their assistants that put in so much time an effort to make this basketball season a great success. The board really appreciates the hard work coach Shane Mitchell put in with these boys over the last three seasons. Many of them will go onto to play in high school. The board wishes the team and Shane all of the best. Thanks for a great season!
